Scott Snedaker Account Director, Strategic Accounts with American Airlines

Scott Snedaker is a 20 year veteran at American Airlines, advancing from an airport operations analyst to a range of sales and leadership responsibilities across multiple commercial areas, including Loyalty Partnership Development, AA Vacations, Onboard Products, and Global Sales.

His Global Sales experience includes: Regional Sales Manager in Los Angeles, Alliance Sales Manager guiding the sales program structureof American's Joint Business and oneworld partnerships, and as Manager of Sales Strategy and Programs, leading Sustainability engagement and other cross-department initiatives. He also has a leadership role on the GBTA Sustainability Committee.
Scott is now Strategic Account Director, where he manages the industry's largest global corporate clients, a role he held prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Outside of American, Scott has international consulting experience with non-profit leadership and training. Scott is a fort Lauderdale native, a graduate of Vanderbilt University, enjoys travel, snow skiing, and mountain biking, and resides in Frisco, TX with his wife and their three children.

Caitlin Horsley, MBA - Sr. Program Manager of ESG with F5

Born and raised in Oregon, Caitlin’s professional background is in sustainability, corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), and energy. With her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s in Business Administration from Willamette University, she brings business acumen to sustainability. Caitlin focuses on developing unique solutions, human-centered interactions, and generating measurable results for the environment and society.
Caitlin developed the corporate sustainability and ESG program for Portland General Electric (PGE), ultimately resulting in company-wide sustainability and Net Zero commitments. Caitlin achieved these results after working from a grassroots perspective through the business to garner support and gain influence through employee engagement and key stakeholder change management. Caitlin has also worked in both residential and commercial real estate and currently manages sustainability and ESG programs and reporting in the technology industry.

Ronda Dean - Travel Manager with F5

Ronda Dean is currently the US Travel Manager at F5 Networks. With over 30 years in the travel industry, Ronda spent the beginning of her career with travel agencies and travel management companies. She held various agency positions starting with delivering paper airline tickets, agency accounting & back-room functions, leisure and eventually a corporate agent. After years as a corporate agent, it was a seamless transition to become a business travel sales manager and then a corporate account manager for TMCs in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, she also has worked in hotel and airline sales.
Ronda’s career philosophy and passion comes from a place of empathy and understanding. She is a problem solver and wants to make the lives of those she works with easier & more efficient.
