Join the Oregon Business Travel Association for an evening of fundraising, painting and celebration!

The Oregon Business Travel Association’s Annual Silent Auction will be held this year on Tuesday, October 27th, 2015 from 5:30 – 8:00p at Bottle & Bottega in downtown Portland Oregon.

As you know, financial support is extremely important to the Oregon Business Travel Association, as we rely on fundraising to provide educational opportunities for the travel professional community in the Pacific Northwest that are greatly needed and valued. Whether donating to the auction, attending the event, or both, you can be proud to know that every dollar raised at this auction will directly benefit our 2016 educational programming!

Attendees of this event will get to paint and take home their very own masterpeice, bid on fabulous auction items, and nosh on delectable food and wine.

About the Venue

It’s been Bottle & Bottega's credo that “Every artist was first an amateur” (Ralph Waldo Emerson). Some just need a little more coaxing to get started (ahem, wine, anyone?) Since day one, we’ve proven that inside everyone is a master artist just waiting to be uncorked.

**NEW** Featured Artist

The Oregon Business Travel Association welcome renouned artist, Ms. Carol DuVernois, to this year's auction. Carol will live paint a peice to be auctioned off at the event.

Artist Autobiography

Carol DuVernoisI have been painting with oils on a regular basis for about 20 years, and I typically draw with a pen, whether I’m working on a sketch or a more formal drawing.

I did not attend art school, but I did attend a couple of weekend classes as an adult and I’ve spent many hours on my own studying artistic anatomy with the help of dozens of reference books and a life-size skeleton.

During the day, I am the Administrative Coordinator for the PDX Business & Properties Department at the Port of Portland. I support the General Manager and Senior Managers who are responsible for concessions development, concessions operations, and tenant leasing for the airlines in the terminal. Never a dull moment!

Donations Needed!
