TRM3 (Travel Risk Management Maturity Model) – Focus on Policy/Procedures
Workshop Description: This workshop is designed to broaden the perception and understanding of attendees with the meaning of one of the most important key process areas of the TRM3 model, “Policies and Procedures.” This is an interactive discussion (not a presentation), collectively reviewing a detailed example list of policies and procedures (provided to attendees as a take away), providing best practice insight from facilitator Charles Brossman, and also giving attendees the opportunity to listen and share their perspectives on related topics with fellow members.
